About the role

  • Support the design and development of leadership and professional learning programs by contributing to needs assessments, outlining learning objectives, and drafting content aligned to adult learning principles
  • Create, update, and quality-check learning materials (slide decks, job aids, facilitator guides, participant guides, and e-learning/storyboards) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and an engaging learner experience
  • Assist with evaluation and analysis of learning effectiveness by compiling survey results, analyzing participation/completion data, summarizing learner feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve content and delivery
  • Support virtual and instructor-led training delivery, including session logistics, participant communications, roster management, material preparation, and day-of facilitation support (chat monitoring, breakout setup, polls, and troubleshooting)
  • Conduct research on adult learning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness best practices; translate findings into practical recommendations, job aids, or content enhancements
  • Assist with LMS administration and learning operations, including course setup, session scheduling, enrollment support, reporting, content uploads, and maintaining organized documentation and version control
  • Participate in a capstone project with portfolio-ready deliverables, such as a microlearning module, toolkit, facilitation guide, evaluation report, or improvement plan aligned to a business need

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program (Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Learning & Performance, HR, Education, or related field)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest in corporate learning, leadership development, manager development, virtual learning, or organizational effectiveness
  • Ability to analyze data and synthesize insights
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working independently while meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams); ability to learn new platforms quickly
