About the role
- Reporting to the IT Project Manager
- Manage processes related to establishing and standardizing the technology stack across 50+ Operating Companies
- Ensure technology is identified, reviewed, and implemented
- Perform complete Security, Legal, and API reviews
- Deliver excellent support to ECS Operating Companies through exceptional customer service
- Provide guidance to ECS and ECS Operating Companies
- Manage the end-to-end software intake and the software review process
- Evaluate proposed software solutions against approved enterprise platforms, architectures, and standards
- Collect and prepare required security, privacy, risk, and legal documentation for software reviews
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ECS and EMCOR standards
- Validate contractual scope, deliverables, and references prior to execution or renewal
Requirements
- Five (5) years of user support experience, preferably in a construction or engineering organization
- Demonstrated experience working on multiple deadlines
- Experience with requirements gathering and analysis
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to travel as business need arises
- Ability to understand and follow Corporate Security & IT policies
- Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English.
