About the role
- Lead and coordinate project activities with Superintendents, Foremen, and Journeymen.
- Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
- Interpret construction drawings and contract terms for all stakeholders.
- Oversee subcontractor RFPs, proposals, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with safety plans and company policies.
- Prepare and present project forecasts, cost tracking, and WIP statistics.
- Support business development through client relationship management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, P&IDs, codes, and standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and project accounting tools (COINS preferred)
