About the role
- Supporting project teams by developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed construction schedules
- Close coordination with Project Managers, field leadership, and operations to track progress
- Creating and revising preliminary master schedules
- Maintaining a Master schedule for each project
- Evaluating actual progress and providing regular schedule updates
- Creating work breakdown structures
- Conducting QA/QC reviews of schedule submissions for conformance
- Incorporating Resource and/or Cost Loading data into schedules
Requirements
- High School Diploma plus 6–8 years of relevant experience or associate degree plus 4–6 years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree plus 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Lean Construction practices (i.e., Last Planner System, Pull Planning), including integration of Pull Planning data/sequences into the project schedule
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
