About the role

  • Supporting project teams by developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed construction schedules
  • Close coordination with Project Managers, field leadership, and operations to track progress
  • Creating and revising preliminary master schedules
  • Maintaining a Master schedule for each project
  • Evaluating actual progress and providing regular schedule updates
  • Creating work breakdown structures
  • Conducting QA/QC reviews of schedule submissions for conformance
  • Incorporating Resource and/or Cost Loading data into schedules

Requirements

  • High School Diploma plus 6–8 years of relevant experience or associate degree plus 4–6 years of relevant experience or bachelor's degree plus 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Lean Construction practices (i.e., Last Planner System, Pull Planning), including integration of Pull Planning data/sequences into the project schedule
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
