About the role
- Prepare, process, and track proposals for repair work.
- Follow up on outstanding proposals to secure approvals.
- Orders parts needed for accepted quotes.
- Works with the Service Coordination Team to schedule approved work.
- Run weekly reports on outstanding and accepted quotes.
- Collaborate with and support Outside Sales Team, as needed.
- Develop sales within defined margin levels to attain market share while providing profitability goals
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to growth and development as a professional.
- Customer Service: Providing the utmost care and attention to the client before, during and after the sale.
- Meet or surpass annual sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships by being the first point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Independently prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Other duties as directed by the Sales Manager and/or General Manager
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC Commercial Service Industry
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales or technical field experience
- Honesty, integrity, and personal accountability must be the foundational attributes of all applicants.
- Effective communication, customer presentation skills, and a demonstrated sales aptitude
- Self-motivated/Disciplined
- Strong organizational skills are a must
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Trainable, coachable, and willing to learn.
- Team Player: Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and clients.
- Must have the ability to remain courteous and kind amid adversity.
- Have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
