About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide exceptional service to our contractors, including assisting customers at the parts counter, preparing quotes, offering technical support, and responding to other customer inquiries.
Process customer orders, including pricing, substitutions (when applicable), and obtaining any additional information.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and build/strengthen customer relationships by assessing their needs and providing value-added solutions.
Monitor customer satisfaction and provide prompt, professional problem resolution.
Support the outside sales team.

Requirements

High school diploma
Positive attitude and readiness to take initiative
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong work ethic and a strong commitment to customer service
Strong communication skills and a desire to learn
Excellent proficiency in French (spoken and written)
Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
2 years of experience in a similar role
