About the role
- Provides administrative support to regional office leadership
- Schedules, coordinates, and assists with meeting and training logistics
- Coordinates the setup of regional office and company-wide events
- Creates and maintains logs, mailing lists, databases, and business reports
- Monitors general email accounts and responds to messages as necessary
- Oversees office remodeling, relocation, or construction projects
- Evaluates needs and makes purchase/lease recommendations
- Collaborates with the people leader to onboard new hires
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Three years of administrative work or related experience
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good math aptitude and basic accounting/bookkeeping skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of the property and casualty industry preferred
- Local driving; a valid driver’s license required
