About the role

  • Provides administrative support to regional office leadership
  • Schedules, coordinates, and assists with meeting and training logistics
  • Coordinates the setup of regional office and company-wide events
  • Creates and maintains logs, mailing lists, databases, and business reports
  • Monitors general email accounts and responds to messages as necessary
  • Oversees office remodeling, relocation, or construction projects
  • Evaluates needs and makes purchase/lease recommendations
  • Collaborates with the people leader to onboard new hires

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Three years of administrative work or related experience
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good math aptitude and basic accounting/bookkeeping skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Basic knowledge of the property and casualty industry preferred
  • Local driving; a valid driver’s license required
