About the role
- Lead interviews with Sales, Finance, and Operations to document business pain points and desired outcomes.
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional requirements for Salesforce CPQ Admin and Developers.
- Manage the Business Systems backlog, prioritizing features based on ROI and strategic importance.
- Facilitate consensus between conflicting department needs, such as Sales flexibility versus Finance rigidity.
- Define and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new features meet the business's quality standards.
- Develop training documentation and lead sessions to ensure high user adoption of new Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Provide first-level triage and support to our internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, specifically within Salesforce-driven environments.
- A deep understanding of the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, including quote-to-order and billing processes.
- Ideally, you have been exposed to Salesforce CPQ and understand its role in the broader business ecosystem.
- Expert-level ability to visualize complex data flows and business logic.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and clearly articulate technical needs to non-technical partners.
