About the role
- Drive pipeline and revenue influence, advance the Expense Intelligence brand platform.
- Deliver a unified, experience-led strategy across all regions and event tiers.
- Lead a small, high-performance execution team and orchestrate a cross-functional ecosystem.
- Establish the operating model, SOPs, and cross-team processes for consistent execution.
- Own budget, vendor/venue governance, compliance, and event performance lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Marketing/Event Management preferred.
- 7–10+ years in event/field marketing for B2B SaaS/technology; 2+ years people leadership.
- Proven ownership of multi-region portfolios and flagship conferences with measurable pipeline and ROI impact.
- Demonstrated experience leading governance across GTM-owned field teams and partner marketing.
- Contract negotiation, SOW/SLAs, vendor management experience.
