About the role
- Design delightful experiences that make complex financial workflows intuitive and easy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life.
- Connect products together to deliver seamless end-to-end invoice and payment experiences.
- Develop prototypes, mock-ups, and design documentation that translate seamlessly to engineering.
- Engage with customers to understand pain points and design for real-world needs.
- Drive design strategy using user personas, AI-assisted interactions, and modern design principles.
- Mentor and inspire junior designers through thoughtful feedback and design reviews.
- Contribute to and evolve our design systems, processes, and tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, ideally within SaaS or fintech environments.
- Proven ability to design cohesive digital experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Expert knowledge of visual design (layout, color, typography, interaction) and leading design tools.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Experience conducting or collaborating on user research.
- A motivator, mentor, and cultural fit who values collaboration, empathy, and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (Master’s a plus).
