Coordinate and lead Repair QRMs (Quarterly Meetings) with vendors to discuss KPIs, customer backorders, AOG support, process improvement, recovery plans, financial issues
Support and participate in Program Review and Executive meetings with vendors and internal areas (procurement, quality, engineering, product support)
Manage action items from QRMs, PRMs, and Executive meetings ensuring timely completion
Visit vendors to run meetings, follow up on parts shipments, and inspect repair shops
Lead recovery plan discussions to improve vendor performance
Collaborate with repair management operations team to align efforts
Drive process improvement initiatives at vendors and identify efficiency/technical/economic opportunities
Escalate issues to leadership and executives when required
Draft letters to vendors regarding repair activities and performance
Ensure vendors comply with contract requirements and conditions
Host vendor visits at Embraer
Prepare spreadsheets, graphics, reports, controls, and presentations to ensure compliance with special programs' contractual terms
Supervise special programs back orders and participate in DOS (Daily Operational Support) meetings to prioritize activities supporting contract obligations
Support digital transformation efforts
Perform other vendor-management related activities as role evolves
Requirements
5+ years of vendor management experience (including contract management/administration/negotiation)
BS/BA Degree in Supply Management, Logistics, Business Administration/Management, or related
Fluent English (Portuguese language – Nice to have)

Familiarization with basic concepts related to statistics, graphics, and planning
Knowledge of warehouse processes and activities, such as shipping, receiving, and packing
Ability to adhere to regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, State, and Federal regulations)
