About the role
- Perform activities related to the development and manufacturing of radars and airborne systems, with a focus on product and process conformity and nonconformity, as well as preventing and reducing costs associated with non-quality through the application of Quality tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering;
- Intermediate English proficiency or higher;
- Availability to work shifts;
- Experience with Quality processes and tools;
- Extensive knowledge in executing and managing corrective and preventive actions and handling non-conforming products;
- Experience performing inspections and dual inspections on products;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Advanced English for reading, writing, and speaking (preferred);
- Experience with handling non-conforming products (preferred);
- Knowledge of CRM (Material Review Committee / Material Review Board) (preferred);
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9000, AS 9100) (preferred);
- Knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing processes in general (preferred);
- Knowledge of special processes such as surface treatment, sealing, and painting (preferred).
