Key responsibilities & impact

Design & UX. Create wireframes, high-fidelity layouts, and design systems aligned with brand and business goals. Own the visual quality bar across all digital properties.
Engineering. Build and manage sites across WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and custom stacks. Develop themes, templates, and reusable components. Migrate from legacy CMS to modern platforms end-to-end.
Campaigns. Build and maintain landing pages, UTM tracking flows, and webforms that connect to CRM. Work with marketing and sales enablement teams to hit launch timelines.
AI & Speed. Identify and implement AI tools that cut turnaround. Use Claude, Gemini, Cursor, and whatever comes next to scaffold code, draft copy, and automate the repetitive stuff.
Delivery. Manage multiple concurrent projects across brands. Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Create structure where there isn't any.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years building production websites — not just tweaking themes.
Delivered CMS migrations, landing page systems, and design overhauls.
Worked across multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
Portfolio that shows range: brand sites, campaign pages, complex CMS builds.
