About the role
- Lead and manage end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Conduct requirement gathering, system configuration, unit testing, UAT coordination, and end-user training.
- Provide post–go-live support to ensure stability and continuous system improvement.
- Set up company structure, new subsidiaries, accounting features, and enable relevant modules.
- Customize NetSuite forms, dashboards, workflows, and scripts to meet business needs.
- Create and manage revenue recognition rules, item configuration, and custom records.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience across core business cycles, including: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R), Fixed Assets Management, Inventory Management, Dunning and Collections Management.
- Perform data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading.
- Manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using middleware or native connectors.
- Administer NetSuite roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure security and segregation of duties.
- Maintain audit compliance and support internal/external audits.
- Design, configure, and manage workflows to automate approvals and streamline business processes.
- Work closely with finance, supply chain, operations, and IT to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Provide ongoing system optimization, troubleshooting, and user support.
Requirements
- CA or MBA in Finance (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a NetSuite ERP Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
