About the role
- CRM, email & WhatsApp marketing
- Planning, execution & optimization of campaigns and automations (Klaviyo, ChatArmin)
- Development of targeted customer journeys for customers & partners
- Segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis, and more with a focus on retention & reactivation
- Collaboration & coordination
- Close alignment with Marketing, Design, Product & Copywriting
- Briefings & sparring for content, landing pages and lead campaigns
- Managing CRM processes with HubSpot, Typeform and Gorgias
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM or email marketing (DTC or health sector a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Klaviyo — initial experience with ChatArmin or WhatsApp marketing desirable
- You think in funnels, love automation and find pragmatic solutions
- Good balance of analytical mindset and creative intuition
- Self-driven, hands-on and proactive — you don’t wait to be assigned tasks
- Fluent German (C1) & good English
- Bonus: copywriting skills or a background in health topics
