About the role

  • Prepare monthly management reporting packs and analyse performance vs. budget and prior periods
  • Conduct financial analyses that support strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Build and enhance financial models to assess business performance and support forecasting
  • Consolidate financial and operational data to identify trends, drivers, and key KPIs
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics for management review
  • Manage the forecasting and budgeting process
  • Create clear, executive-ready presentations that translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality management reporting
  • Analyse sales orders and revenue-related data to identify trends, risks, and key performance drivers
  • Monitor and interpret sales and AR KPIs, providing insights to support forecasting, cash-flow planning, and business decision-making
  • Review aged open sales orders and partner with cross-functional teams to address delays and improve order-to-cash performance
  • Prepare reporting packages that connect sales performance, billing trends, AR movements, and operational drivers for improved business visibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Excel for financial modelling and data analysis; familiarity with other analytical tools or software is a plus
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving ability, and ability to perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive “can-do” mindset with a drive for process improvement
