About the role
- Act as a key leader within our Go To Market team, combining people leadership, operational excellence, and strategic guidance.
- Own pipeline creation targets, tracking KPIs such as meetings booked, qualified opportunities generated, and conversion rates.
- Inspire, coach, and mentor SDRs to reach and exceed performance goals.
- Define and continuously refine Embat’s outbound sales strategy, aligning closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Scale the SDR team by recruiting, onboarding, and developing top talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, particularly in Sales Development.
- Strong strategic thinking and operational excellence.
- Experience in utilizing AI for pipeline development.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
