• Make our clients successful with EmbatOne – ensure they get real value from the product, move fast through onboarding, and maximize their payment volumes.
• Drive adoption and engagement by understanding each client’s workflows and helping them integrate EmbatOne into their daily treasury operations.
• Take ownership of operational execution – when needed, roll up your sleeves to upload data, configure accounts, or set up payments to keep things moving.
• Act as the main point of coordination between clients and internal teams (product, tech, support) to solve issues and improve processes.
• Document and continuously improve workflows — identify bottlenecks, streamline steps, and build scalable playbooks.
• Collect insights and feedback from clients to influence product decisions and shape our roadmap.
• Support strategic initiatives such as client analytics, reporting, or new feature launches.
• Occasionally join commercial or client meetings to represent EmbatOne and help expand our footprint.
