Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the sales team by managing renewals, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience
Tracks upcoming renewals and notifies Account Managers proactively
Assists in preparing renewal quotes and documentation
Follows up on renewal status and maintains accurate tracking
Builds and updates customer quotes for hardware, software, and services
Works with vendors and distributors to obtain pricing and availability
Ensures quotes align with customer standards and margin targets
Converts accepted quotes into orders
Coordinates order entry with distributors and vendors
Tracks order status, shipping, and delivery timelines
Resolves order issues such as delays or discrepancies
Maintains customer records, pricing standards, and configurations
Supports upkeep of customer purchasing standards or store
Ensures CRM (e.g., HubSpot) is accurate and up-to-date
Responds to customer inquiries related to orders and quotes
Supports Account Managers with operational tasks
Assists with reporting on renewals, pipeline, and order activity
