Systems Specialist, PTC Windchill – Change Manager
ELYON InternationalSystems Specialist managing Windchill PLM processes and coordinating with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment. Ensuring compliance and supporting audit readiness while administering user roles and permissions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage user roles, permissions, and security in Windchill PLM Administration.
- Administer and maintain Windchill business objects such as Change Requests and Controlled documents.
- Support creation, maintenance, and audit readiness of Design History File and Device Master Record.
- Serve as part of a centralized PSO function supporting multiple geographic or functional offices.
- Collaborate with Program/Project Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits, providing traceability reports and addressing audit findings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience administering or supporting Windchill PLM in a regulated environment.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a quality-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of design control processes, document control systems, and engineering change management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
