- Connect with potential clients via phone and online communications to understand educational needs and recommend courses.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to comprehend client goals and customize solutions.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and track sales progress using CRM.
- Surpass monthly sales targets and contribute to the success of the sales team.
- Work as part of ELVTR's sales team in a fully remote, contract-based role.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally with high-ticket items or in the education technology sector.
- Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written English.
- Strong history of meeting sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Comfortable with CRM software and sales tracking techniques.
- Self-motivated; capable of working independently and managing time in a remote environment.
- Enthusiastic and proactive positive attitude.
- Candidates must be located in Colombia.
