About the role

  • Close deals with pre-booked warm leads in a high-ticket sales environment
  • Conduct sales calls, present ELVTR courses, handle objections, and close sales
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Track and monitor sales performance metrics and targets
  • Record call data and customer interactions in CRM for accurate reporting
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth client experience
  • Provide feedback and insights to marketing and production teams from customer conversations
  • Operate as a self-motivated team player in a remote, full-time contract role

Requirements

  • Engage with pre-booked warm leads to close high-ticket sales
  • Maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and aligning offerings
  • Monitor sales metrics and continuously aim to exceed targets
  • Log call data and customer interactions in CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for seamless client experience
  • Provide actionable insights to marketing and production teams based on customer feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Broad understanding of modern online sales-enabling technology
  • High cognitive skills to engage an educated customer base
  • Strong time management skills in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Must be located in Morocco
  • Ability to work hours aligned with UK or US working hours
