About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and exceptional customer service.
- Handle incoming customer calls, addressing questions and assisting with enrollments when needed.
- Prepare sales materials and documentation for new course launches.
- Conduct sales conversations with customers to support the sales team during high-volume periods.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Tech, and Operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and relevant databases.
- Identify and propose process optimization solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent phone and email communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with a CRM system is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
