About the role
- **What you’ll do:**
- - Conduct market research and identify the needs of our target audience
- - Work together with our instructors on designing educational programs (course ideas, concepts, formats and assignments)
- - Assign tasks to the team of designers, content managers, community managers and make sure everything goes smoothly
- - Oversee the process of the course production from the very first lesson till the moment of sending certificates to our students
- - Review materials provided by the instructor
- - Prepare recommendations on the format of conducting online classes and educational materials delivery
- - Introduce new methods and approaches to conducting online classes
- - Analyze course effectiveness metrics – success rate, students’ satisfaction and engagement
- - Develop plans for improving courses based on the students’ feedback and analytics
Requirements

- work experience in online education, study / life experience in the USA
