• **What you’ll do:**
• - Conduct market research and identify the needs of our target audience
• - Work together with our instructors on designing educational programs (course ideas, concepts, formats and assignments)
• - Assign tasks to the team of designers, content managers, community managers and make sure everything goes smoothly
• - Oversee the process of the course production from the very first lesson till the moment of sending certificates to our students
• - Review materials provided by the instructor
• - Prepare recommendations on the format of conducting online classes and educational materials delivery
• - Introduce new methods and approaches to conducting online classes
• - Analyze course effectiveness metrics – success rate, students’ satisfaction and engagement
• - Develop plans for improving courses based on the students’ feedback and analytics
