About the role
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Finance and Accounting team to deliver strategic objectives
- Drive initiatives around financial transformation, cost optimisation, and process improvement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial planning and strategic priorities
- Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and local regulations
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent revenue leakage
- Oversee corporate, VAT, and withholding tax compliance
- Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulators
- Ensure adherence to local GAAP, company policies, and audit requirements
- Manage cash flow, credit control, foreign exchange exposure, and working capital
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Partner with global and regional finance teams to align business plans and performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate investment decisions and resource allocation
- Drive finance digitalisation and ERP system optimisation (SAP experience preferred)
- Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of finance experience in a multinational environment
- At least 8 years in a managerial capacity leading diverse teams
- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, cost control, and reporting
- In-depth understanding of IFRS, Indonesian tax laws, and Indonesian GAAP
- MBA or CA qualification is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (ERP) systems
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally and operate across time zones
