About the role
- Lead the development and execution of the practice’s strategic roadmap.
- Drive growth through new market opportunities and technology-led offerings.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team (~25 members).
- Oversee the creation of frameworks, SDKs, and reusable components to accelerate client delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic engineering and digital transformation insights.
- Support pre-sales, client presentations, and negotiations to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure operational excellence through best practices, governance, and quality delivery.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and promote innovation across the practice.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engineering within IT consulting environments.
- 5+ years in client-facing leadership roles.
- Proven record of building software frameworks, SDKs, or components.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and P&L ownership in a tech services organisation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
- Must have U.S. work authorisation (no visa sponsorship available).
