E-commerce Manager, Marketing

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, implement and optimize marketing activities across the entire customer journey
- Manage and optimize traffic sources (paid ads, email marketing, SEO, social media)
- Work closely with performance marketing, content, design and external partners/agencies
- Monitor relevant KPIs (revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate) and provide regular reporting
- Develop product launches and sales campaigns (e.g., drops, seasonal sales, limited editions) and contribute creative ideas
- Monitor market trends, competitors and platform behavior and use these insights to further develop our strategy
- Act as the interface between marketing, product development and customer support — with a clear focus on growth
- Take operational responsibility for advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, and where applicable, influencer marketing & UGC)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in e-commerce or online marketing
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnel logic
- Experience with shop systems such as Shopify or comparable platforms
- Confident working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, tracking tools, dashboards)
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- High level of initiative, solution-orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset
