About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strategic AI Consulting: You are the trusted advisor for our clients. You get to the root of real pain points and translate complex challenges into smart, agent-based AI concepts that deliver immediate value.
- Impact-Driven (Automation Score): Our benchmark is not another PoC but genuine business impact. Your clear goal is to measurably, sustainably, and radically increase the level of automation in our clients' processes.
- Architecture & Orchestration: Your focus is on the technical solution strategy and the business value. Pure code production (whether by specialized dev teams or AI-assisted coding) and administrative tasks are things you steer confidently from a high-level perspective rather than getting bogged down in operational micromanagement.
- Remote-first with on-site engagements: Your day-to-day work is primarily remote (approx. 85–90%). For decisive strategic milestones or workshops you will travel to clients on-site about 10–15% of the time.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Tech background meets business acumen: You have a clear software or IT background (e.g., degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent professional experience), but you also love direct client interaction.
- The gap-closer: Your superpower is closing the classic gap between sales promises and technical feasibility. You know exactly what agentic AI can actually deliver and where its limits are.
- Communicative collaborator rather than isolated developer: You don't want to spend all day alone in an editor; you want to spend most of your time in direct interaction with people.
- Consulting mindset: You possess an extremely quick grasp and the ability to translate technical possibilities into real economic ROI for the client.
- Strong communication & empathy: You are a good listener, moderate confidently when requirements conflict, and strike the right tone from the operational tech level up to C-level.
