Product Designer

• Own design for key product areas (typical: onboarding, home, lesson flows, AI coaching surfaces, paywall/subscription, retention loops).
• Turn fuzzy problems into shippable solutions: user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, final UI, specs.
• Partner daily with PM + Engineering (India-based) to define scope, constraints, and tradeoffs.
• Run lightweight discovery and validation (Maze tests, usability tests, surveys, funnel review) and iterate based on evidence.
• Maintain and extend the design system (components, patterns, accessibility, states).
• Ensure clean handoff: redlines/specs, edge cases, QA, post-launch check-ins.
• Communicate clearly in async: Looms, concise docs, decisions + rationale.
