About the role
- Responsibility for coordinating internal and external sales activities
- Preparing quotes and following up
- Processing sample and prototype orders
- Project tracking and database maintenance
- Coordination of cross-customer issues
- Supporting the implementation and improvement of processes
- Developing new concepts to eliminate weaknesses and increase efficiency
- Crisis management for supply shortages and production ramp-ups as the main point of contact
- Preparing reports and statistics for internal and external use
- Preparing and following up on customer appointments
- Collaboration with the field sales team
- Accounts receivable management
- Supporting the handling of customer complaints
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or completed commercial training with several years of experience in inside sales or related areas
- Confident user of SAP S/4HANA and, ideally, experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience leading cross-functional subprojects and delivering presentations tailored to the target audience
- Interest in technology
- Team player with reliability, a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility and excellent communication skills
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
