About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning, coordination and implementation of site expansions (including charging stations)
- Managing and supporting the rollout of new locations from concept to commissioning
- Structuring, optimizing and documenting operational processes
- Handling and coordinating various operational matters in day-to-day business
- Collaborating with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers
- Ensuring smooth execution of project implementations
- Identifying improvement opportunities and independently developing solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience in operations, project management or site development is an advantage
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
- Interest in infrastructure projects, ideally in e-mobility / charging infrastructure
- Strong communication skills and team-player attitude
- Confident use of common tools (e.g., Excel, project management tools)
- Very good German language skills; English is a plus
