About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a member of the Finance & Value Creation team, you will work directly with the CFO and COO and be responsible for the financial management and transparency of our operational business.
  • You will support the data-driven expansion of new locations and ensure that economic decisions are made on a sound basis.
  • Build and further develop controlling structures and reporting
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and business cases
  • Analyze KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action
  • Support site expansion from a financial perspective (investment calculations, profitability, etc.)
  • Optimize and automate financial processes
  • Manage and coordinate global financial figures, including the preparation and consolidation of reporting packages and alignment with international units and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Operations, Management and external partners
  • Prepare decision-making materials for management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in controlling, finance or consulting is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking and numerical affinity
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Confident use of Excel, ideally experience with BI tools
  • Interest in growth-driven companies and infrastructure projects
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly
  • Very good German and good English skills; Chinese is a plus
