About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a member of the Finance & Value Creation team, you will work directly with the CFO and COO and be responsible for the financial steering and transparency of our operational business.
  • You will support data-driven expansion of new sites and ensure that economic decisions are well-founded.
  • Build and further develop controlling structures and reporting.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts and business cases.
  • Analyze KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action.
  • Support site expansion from a financial perspective (investment calculations, profitability, etc.).
  • Optimize and automate financial processes.
  • Manage and coordinate global financial figures, including the preparation and consolidation of reporting packages and alignment with international units and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Operations, Management and external partners.
  • Prepare decision-making materials for management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in controlling, finance or consulting is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and affinity for numbers.
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
  • Confident user of Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Interest in growth-driven companies and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly.
  • Very good German and good English skills; Chinese is an advantage.
