About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a member of the Finance & Value Creation team, you will work directly with the CFO and COO and be responsible for the financial steering and transparency of our operational business.
You will support data-driven expansion of new sites and ensure that economic decisions are well-founded.
Build and further develop controlling structures and reporting.
Prepare budgets, forecasts and business cases.
Analyze KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action.
Support site expansion from a financial perspective (investment calculations, profitability, etc.).
Optimize and automate financial processes.
Manage and coordinate global financial figures, including the preparation and consolidation of reporting packages and alignment with international units and stakeholders.
Work closely with Operations, Management and external partners.
Prepare decision-making materials for management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Initial experience in controlling, finance or consulting is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking and affinity for numbers.
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
Confident user of Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
Interest in growth-driven companies and infrastructure projects.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly.
Very good German and good English skills; Chinese is an advantage.
