About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning, coordination and execution of site expansion (including charging stations)
Managing and supporting the rollout of new sites from concept to commissioning
Structuring, optimizing and documenting operational processes
Handling and coordinating various operational matters in day-to-day business
Collaborating with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers
Ensuring smooth execution of projects
Identifying improvement opportunities and independently developing solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Some experience in operations, project management or site development is an advantage
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Interest in infrastructure projects, ideally in e-mobility / charging infrastructure
Confident use of common tools (e.g., Excel, project management tools)
Very good German language skills; English is a plus
