Operations Excellence & Expansion – Full-time
ELMI PowerJoin ELMI Power GmbH as an Operations Excellence & Expansion team member for electric charging infrastructure. Drive site expansion through process optimization and project management in a hybrid role.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning, coordination and implementation of site expansion (including charging stations)
- Managing and supporting the rollout of new sites from concept to commissioning
- Structuring, optimizing and documenting operational processes
- Handling and coordinating various operational matters in day-to-day business
- Collaborating with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers
- Ensuring smooth operations during project implementation
- Identifying areas for improvement and independently developing solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or a comparable university degree
- Initial experience in operations, project management or site development is an advantage
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Interest in infrastructure projects, ideally in e-mobility / charging infrastructure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Confident use of common tools (e.g., Excel, project management tools)
- Excellent German language skills; English is an advantage
