About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a member of the Finance & Value Creation team, you will work directly with the CFO and COO and be responsible for the financial management and transparency of our operational business
You will support the expansion of new sites with data-driven analyses and ensure that economic decisions are well-founded
Establish and further develop management accounting and reporting structures
Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business cases
Analysis of KPIs and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
Support site expansion from a financial perspective (investment calculations, profitability, etc.)
Optimization and automation of financial processes
Management and coordination of global financial figures, including preparation and consolidation of reporting packages and alignment with international units and stakeholders
Close collaboration with Operations, Management and external partners
Preparation of decision-making materials for management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable field
Initial experience in controlling, finance or consulting is an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
Confident user of Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus
Interest in growth-driven companies and infrastructure projects
Strong communication skills and ability to present complex issues clearly
Very good German and good English skills; Chinese is an advantage
