About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning, coordination and implementation of site expansion (including charging stations)
Management and support of the rollout of new sites from concept to commissioning
Structuring, optimizing and documenting operational processes
Handling and coordinating various operational topics in day-to-day business
Collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers
Ensuring smooth execution of project implementations
Identifying improvement potential and independently developing solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable degree
Initial experience in operations, project management or site development is an advantage
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
Interest in infrastructure projects, ideally in e-mobility/charging infrastructure
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Confident use of common tools (e.g., Excel, project management tools)
Very good German language skills; English is a plus
