About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsibility for selling our solutions consisting of charging stations, storage systems and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing robust customer proposals
  • Managing the sales process from initial qualification to successful closing
  • Working closely with Product, Engineering and Project Delivery to successfully position customer-specific solutions in the market
  • Building and maintaining a reliable sales pipeline – from lead generation through proposal creation to contract signing
  • Leading negotiations with customers, partners and EPCs and supporting tenders and commercial processes
  • Analyzing the market, competitors and customer requirements to further develop our sales strategy and offering structure

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B sales of energy systems, charging infrastructure, storage, EMS or related technical solutions
  • Good understanding of energy-sector dynamics, technical system architectures and economic business cases
  • Fluent German and English skills and a confident presence with customers and partners
  • High degree of personal responsibility, strong closing ability, excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
