Sales Manager
ELMI PowerSales Manager handling B2B sales for battery-based ultra-fast charging stations and intelligent energy systems. Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to drive market placement and client success.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsibility for selling our solutions consisting of charging stations, storage systems and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing robust customer proposals
- Managing the sales process from initial qualification to successful closing
- Working closely with Product, Engineering and Project Delivery to successfully position customer-specific solutions in the market
- Building and maintaining a reliable sales pipeline – from lead generation through proposal creation to contract signing
- Leading negotiations with customers, partners and EPCs and supporting tenders and commercial processes
- Analyzing the market, competitors and customer requirements to further develop our sales strategy and offering structure
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience in B2B sales of energy systems, charging infrastructure, storage, EMS or related technical solutions
- Good understanding of energy-sector dynamics, technical system architectures and economic business cases
- Fluent German and English skills and a confident presence with customers and partners
- High degree of personal responsibility, strong closing ability, excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
