Support in ongoing accounting (e.g., monthly closings, cost accounting, account reconciliations)
Participation in operational and strategic controlling (budget planning, forecasts, variance analyses)
Preparation of management reports, analyses and decision-making materials for the CFO, COO and CEO
Support with liquidity planning, cash flow analyses and evaluation of cost structures
Contribution to the development of financial processes, reporting standards and tools
Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., tax advisors, auditors)
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special projects within the finance function

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Economics or a related field
Entry-level or 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, controlling, finance or consulting
Strong interest in numbers, relationships and business decision-making
High willingness to learn, curiosity and motivation to take on responsibility
Structured, independent and reliable working style
Confident user of Excel (initial experience with ERP/BI tools is an advantage but not required)
Very good German language skills; good English skills are advantageous
Interest in future-oriented areas such as e-mobility, energy and technology
