About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source top Health IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks
  • Review and screen applicants, routing qualified candidates to the appropriate recruiters
  • Manage sourcing strategies for both niche technical roles (Epic credentialed resources) and general business positions
  • Communicate with candidates and internal teams to deliver a high-touch, human-centered recruiting experience
  • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Lead ATS optimization initiatives, partnering with vendors to customize backend functionality
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics, submittals, and pipeline activity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Sourcing, or Talent Operations
  • Strong systems mindset with hands-on experience managing or optimizing an ATS (Zoho preferred; Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc. also relevant)
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Proven ability to track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics (Excel proficiency required; dashboards a plus)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and support both technical and non-technical hiring needs
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
