About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source top Health IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks
Review and screen applicants, routing qualified candidates to the appropriate recruiters
Manage sourcing strategies for both niche technical roles (Epic credentialed resources) and general business positions
Communicate with candidates and internal teams to deliver a high-touch, human-centered recruiting experience
Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit) and CRM (Salesforce)
Lead ATS optimization initiatives, partnering with vendors to customize backend functionality
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics, submittals, and pipeline activity

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Sourcing, or Talent Operations
Strong systems mindset with hands-on experience managing or optimizing an ATS (Zoho preferred; Greenhouse, iCIMS, etc. also relevant)
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Proven ability to track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics (Excel proficiency required; dashboards a plus)
Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate across teams and support both technical and non-technical hiring needs
Proactive problem-solver with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
