About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead CPCSC compliance activities from discovery through implementation and certification readiness
  • Build relationships with project teams, operational leaders, and technical stakeholders to drive progress and remove roadblocks
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and site engagements to understand processes, identify gaps, and gather requirements
  • Translate compliance requirements into practical, scalable solutions for real-world project environments
  • Partner with teams to implement controls, improve processes, and close compliance gaps
  • Coordinate evidence collection, validation, and audit preparation to support certification objectives
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, process documentation, and other compliance artefacts
  • Champion continuous improvement of the CPCSC program by identifying opportunities to strengthen security, simplify workflows, and improve operational adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-secondary education in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Project Management, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Compliance, Cyber Security, IT Operations, Project Delivery, or related functions
  • Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and drive projects to completion
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to engage directly with operational teams and project environments
