About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion, including design, coordination, budget, and schedule, in conjunction with the Superintendent
Prepare regular, timely, and accurate billings for Owners and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings
Meet with Owners and Architects professionally and communicate company concerns and best interests effectively
Monitor, interpret, and forecast project cost reports to align with estimates and maintain positive cash flow
Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support team development and progression
Submit project reports to the Area Manager and communicate project progress and escalation risks to management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 15+ years of experience in civil construction
Minimum of 8 years in a Project Manager position
Experience with structural piling, concrete work, and tunneling is an asset
Ability to confidently mentor and delegate to a large team
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relations
