About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion
  • Prepare tender packages and trade subcontracts
  • Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners
  • Meet with Owners and Architects in a professional manner
  • Monitor, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports
  • Lead project meetings with internal and external parties
  • Submit project reports to Area Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Construction related degree/diploma
  • Five years of construction experience or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
  • Working knowledge of construction scopes, activities, and scheduling
  • Project management and contract software proficiency
  • CISD Level II (Secret) clearance or eligibility to obtain is considered an asset
