About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion
- Prepare tender packages and trade subcontracts
- Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners
- Meet with Owners and Architects in a professional manner
- Monitor, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports
- Lead project meetings with internal and external parties
- Submit project reports to Area Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Construction related degree/diploma
- Five years of construction experience or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- Working knowledge of construction scopes, activities, and scheduling
- Project management and contract software proficiency
- CISD Level II (Secret) clearance or eligibility to obtain is considered an asset
