About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage all administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions
- Maintain the accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness of employee data in the HRIS
- Participate in organization-wide People & Culture programs and events
Requirements
What you’ll need- College or university degree in Human Resources Management
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
- Eligible to obtain Secret security clearance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a constantly evolving environment
- Willingness to travel frequently between Montreal and Bagotville
