Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years of engineering management experience in a maintenance environment
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code, Fire Code, and relevant healthcare facility standards
- Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, and ICAT systems
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with a large unionized team of skilled and non-skilled trades.
- Understanding of contract management and union negotiation/grievance resolution skills.
