About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete all 2D/3D Design with AutoCAD software
Coordinate seal of engineered drawings with in-house/third party Engineers
Estimating and budgeting for upcoming potential scaffolding work
Prepare complete bid packages for review before sending them off to potential customers
Maintain and organize files related to ongoing projects
Produce accurate material take-offs and labour quotes
Help streamline the divisions operations where possible
Client meetings (online/in person) where needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 6-12 months of scaffolding experience required
Experience with scaffold design software (Avontus) preferred
Ability to read construction drawings
Strong attention to detail is a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Excellent listening & communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a close-knit team
