About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help clients navigate immigrant work visa issues
- Develop and implement legal strategies for work visa matters
- Conduct in-depth conversations with clients about immigration processes
- Prepare and file immigration petitions with USCIS
- Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence by USCIS.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3+ years of experience in U.S. immigration matters
- Juris Doctor degree & membership in any US State Bar
- Ability to prioritize and manage a busy caseload
- Excellent communication skills
- Patience for educational correspondence and calls
- Comfort using advanced digital tools and emerging technologies
- High level of attention to detail and emotional intelligence
- Pride in delivering highly responsive and proactive client service.
