• Collaborate with Attorneys and fellow Case Managers to help global clients navigate the U.S. immigration process
• Manage a variety of immigration matters, including I‑140 immigrant petitions, I‑485 adjustment of status applications, and immigrant visa processing
• Support employers and their international employees in a variety of occupational categories and industries
• Review and organize supporting documentation and information for use in case preparation
• Draft immigration application forms and supporting letters for Attorney review and filing
• Assist Attorneys in preparing responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) issued by government agencies
• Maintain accurate client information by logging case progression and documentation into the firm’s immigration case management system
• Track and monitor the status of pending applications and provide updates to Attorneys and clients
