About the role

  • Create and nurture a community that Elliptic customers and prospects want to be part of.
  • Deliver the best ongoing customer experience to improve customer retention and grow.
  • Provide marketing programs such as email campaigns, webinars, and exclusive executive briefings.
  • Facilitate a platform where customers can share experiences and recommend Elliptic to peers.
  • Create customer advocates through developing reference and referral programs to grow the customer base.
  • Help identify customers who are champions of Elliptic and advocate to help build the brand through various marketing moments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer marketing in B2B SaaS or technology companies, ideally within the blockchain, financial services, or compliance sectors.
  • Community Building: Experience in building and nurturing a customer advocacy program or community of brand ambassadors.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, customer success, and product teams to drive results.
  • Results driven: Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and measure their success effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations that resonate with customers.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills in any of the key APAC languages are a plus.
