About the role

  • Manage and maintain all required Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs), including Section 503 and VEVRAA
  • Ensure firm ‑ wide compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and federal contractor regulations across recruiting, hiring, compensation, promotions, and terminations
  • Lead preparation for and response to OFCCP audits and compliance reviews, including data submissions, narrative responses, and corrective action plans
  • Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring, including workforce utilization, adverse impact, and outreach effectiveness analyses
  • Maintain audit ‑ ready documentation and ensure compliance with record retention requirements
  • Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and consistency for compliance reporting
  • Review personnel and compensation data to identify potential compliance risks and support mitigation strategies
  • Support internal audits and compliance assessments related to employment practices
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to align with federal contractor and EEO requirements
  • Provide guidance and training to HR, recruiters, and hiring managers on compliance obligations and best practices
  • Monitor regulatory and legislative updates impacting federal contractors and assess implications for firm practices
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on OFCCP and federal contractor compliance
  • Collaborate with Legal, external consultants, and internal stakeholders on audits, investigations, and remediation efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
  • 6+ years of HR experience with direct responsibility for OFCCP and federal contractor compliance
  • Proven experience managing AAPs and supporting or leading OFCCP audits
  • Strong working knowledge of EEO laws, federal contractor regulations, and employment compliance
  • High level of discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Experience within a professional services or multi ‑ state organization
